This is the rally location at the end of the parade route (just started a couple of minutes ago). Picture was taken by a friend of my gf’s, shown on his facebook feed. He’s the one responsible for the pyrotechnics and confetti for the parade and rally.

Going back and looking at it again, I think what you’re seeing is a trick played on your eyes (mine too) by the Global Center for Health Innovation (white building dominating the upper left quadrant of the pic). The lines designed into the building make it look fake. It’s quite real.
